Who we are
At Pura Pilates, our name is inspired by the Costa Rican philosophy of Pura Vida, which translates to "pure life." This expression embodies a mindset of positivity, simplicity, and gratitude. We chose this name to reflect our commitment to fostering a welcoming environment where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, find balance, and embrace a low impact approach to physical fitness. Pura Pilates invites you to experience mindful movement that improves posture, balance and mental clarity.
